  • I guarantee confidentiality. With me, you can talk freely. If you ever tried to post a question on a website or to a friend, you know it’s difficult. You can’t share all the details. With me, you can share all the details you want. They are private, and always will be.

Just because I’m the expert, it doesn’t mean I don’t have to explain my opinions. Unfortunately there are some experts that think they don’t have to explain. And by being rude, they think they look more clever. That’s not me.

  • My expertise in retail. Including secrets and tips I learned myself and from others.

My Consulting Programs

I have 3 programs for retailers searching for a retail consultant. Each suitable for each of the 3 stages of a business.

Retail Startup Program

If you’re thinking of opening a new business or store, this is the right program for you.

We’ll start from your idea and make a business plan. Or if you already have a plan, we’ll improve that plan.

Then we’ll define the exact steps you need to take. I’ll follow your work, helping you when you need. If we need to change something in the original plan, we’ll do it.

All communication is made online. A 45 minutes Skype call every month. The rest are emails. You can email me whenever you want. There’s no limit.

This is a 3 month program. For 3 months, we’ll develop the business plan and I’ll help you with it.

Retail Transformation Program

If you’re stuck, if you’re not sure what to do, or if you think it’s time to a big change, this is the program for you.

In this program, I´ll start from what you have now. See where the problems are. Look for opportunities. And develop a business plan with the necessary steps. After that, I’ll keep up with your work, helping you when you need.

All communication is made online. A 45 minutes Skype call every month. The rest of the communication is done by email. Email me whenever you want. I’ll also send you regular emails to see how the work is going.

This is a 3 month program. For 3 months, we’ll develop the business plan and I’ll help you with it.

Retail Development Program

If you already own a retail business, and just need to develop the business, you should choose the Retail Development Program.

This is a monthly program. In this case you don’t need a business plan. So you tell me what are your business goals, what areas need to be improved, what are your doubts. I’ll help you solve those problems and achieve your goals.

There will be a 45 minutes Skype call every month. The rest of the communication is done by email. Email me anytime you want with your questions. I’ll also send you emails to see how the work is going. We’ll work like partners.
