What a great time to be a retailer.
It has never been so easy to have a store than today. You can open an online store in less than an hour, costing less than 100 dollars.
You can even open a brick and mortar store with a small investment. There are plenty of locations available for rent. And merchandise is easy to find.
On the other hand, only a small part of these stores will survive. And an even small part will be extremely well succeeded. The reason: retail is changing. What worked in the past 30 years, doesn’t work anymore.
We have to put, again, customers in first place, and not by words but by action. Making them happy while they buy in our stores.
